Last night's party was a lot of fun! We had a great variety of topics, the perfect ratio of food/people/beer, and our awesome hosts at 538 Johnson. We couldn't ask for anything better. And truth be told, the night kicked off with a pretty magical coincidence: I'm standing out in the hallway telling Drew how every time I step on something solid but mushy my immediate reaction is 'AH! POOP!' (in this case, it was a discarded paperback book on the ground). So 5 minutes later, along comes Mark, who opens his presentation by talking about stepping on poop. And away we go!
Mark teaches us about "Incompressible Solids" and some mind-bending theoretical physics.

I want to give one last 'Thank You!' to everyone who came out, everyone who helped, and everyone who signed up. Great times. You're the reason we do this. See you next month!
